Checon’s Joint Venture

In January, 2006, Checon established a joint venture with India based Shivalik Bimetals – Checon Shivalik Contact Solutions, Ltd. CSCS is a new venture created to service the worldwide demand for thermostatic bimetals, electrical contact technologies, and contractor device assemblies. This partnership brings the engineering and material expertise of Checon together with the international marketleadership of Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd., headquartered in New Delhi, with manufacturing operations in Solan, India.
