With added value and enterprise growth as key drivers, Rich engages his teams to achieve high-performance metrics by developing new products and market segments, increasing market share, securing strategic acquisition targets, and deploying high-return technology and systems to drive continuous improvement and management evolution. Before joining Alloy Holdings in 2014, Rich was CEO of Cookson Precious Metals, where he led vertical supply chain and market growth strategies, including over 10 successful acquisitions and integrations. Rich attributes the success of these endeavors to the quality and leadership of his teams and their unmatched commitment to growing with their customers, suppliers, investors, and other stakeholder partners.

Rich holds an MBA from the University of New Haven and a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University. His certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt and as a public accountant are regularly tapped into in his stewardship and development of partner teams.
